Every manufactured home we produce is built to HUD Code (Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards) specifications and undergoes third-party quality inspections during construction. The HUD Code, administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, sets federal standards for design, construction, strength, durability, transportability, fire resistance, and energy efficiency.
Our integrated delivery division employs CDL-certified drivers with specialized manufactured home transport training. We handle all oversize/overweight permits, route surveys, pilot car escorts, and utility coordination for every delivery.
Professional installation by our licensed crews covers the complete setup process: site preparation, concrete pier foundations, blocking and leveling, HUD-compliant anchoring and tie-downs, electrical connections, plumbing hookups, HVAC setup, and perimeter skirting.
